Free shipping is provided on all orders over $99 before taxes. Orders under $99 before taxes will be shipped for a low flat fee of $9.99.

• Orders made before 3:00 PM during business hours will be processed that day.
• Orders shipped within Canada only.
• Once order is processed, a confirmation number will be sent via email.
• If a product ordered is out of stock and not properly noted at the time of order, you will be contacted via email for other arrangements.

If your order was placed with an incorrect address due to customer error and your package will be ‘Returned To Sender’ after leaving our warehouse; we will charge an additional fee before any address corrections can be made to ship the order to correct address. For the cost of the return and the reshipment of the parcel, we will contact you on the cost of this charge.

Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please ensure all information you provide is correct.

Shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural/remote areas that require extra shipping charges may not qualify for free shipping. We will contact you regarding the additional charges for authorization prior to processing your order. Delivery times to these areas may be extended.

Returning Products Purchased Online

If you would like to return an item, please ship it back within 10 days from delivery. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned. Please contact our Customer Service Centre prior to sending the return by email at sales@dietmartdirect.com to approve sending back your return.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

Occasionally misprints occur on printed material, email promotions and on our web pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.

Sales Tax

Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Nova Scotia that have HST applied.

Incorrect Products

If by accident, you receive an incorrect product within your order, please contact us at sales@dietmartdirect.com immediately to correct your information as quickly as possible. All order discrepancies must be made within 10 days of order date. Please do not open the incorrect product received or it will void your right to return for correct product.
